Even though we got the suite, which was a very nice size with fireplace Jacuzzi tub and king size bed, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the refrigerator did not work at all. The gym was well equipped. Also, the restaurant staff were were very lackadaisical. We ended up eating at a donor kabob within walking distance and had a lovely meal.

We loved the Park Dedeman Eskisehir!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Dedeman Eskisehir, the hotel is in a good location for going to the local attractions. Would recommend having a rental car so you are able to get around the city easily.
