"We had a great time at White Oaks Villa, lovely pool area, spacious accommodation, lovely views on a very quiet part of the beach. The staff were always very friendly, polite and helpful. We would love to come back again. Anand, the resort manager was great, he made our stay even more enjoyable."

"We were a big group of family, visiting our home country and this house was perfect for us, we were 15 ppl including a teenager, a 6 years old and a 2 years old and we stayed for almost a month. As described there is 2 levels with each level having 3 on-suite, a full kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed the layout of this entire villa as we all had our own space and didn't get annoyed by each other by the end of the trip. Wifi was great the entire time....

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. "Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. "A fantastic stay at C Mauritius - recommend in every way. The staff and hospitality make this a really special hotel and is some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. From remembering my name at the restaurant and personally greeting me, to accomodating a late check out and other requests, the staff were always friendly and went the extra mile to look after me. They look after all the details at every step. Can’t be faulted at all. The all inclusive is good value with extensive range of drinks to choose from, and the food at both the buffet and cafe were of good quality. Service at the restaurant was great and made it feel more refined and relaxing than a typical buffet experience. The in room fridge even gets restocked every day as part of the package. If I was being picky, I would potentially just ask for some more variety at breakfast, and some more local Mauritian food to be provided as options at each meal. The beach and pool areas are stunning and the hotel’s communal areas were good too. A great place to relax. The taxi prices from the resort are very expensive, which is worth considering, but that seems to be the case across the whole island. The whole resort was very clean, well maintained, and worth the price. Overall, an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend. I only stayed for four days but wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I go to Mauritius."
