"Dear Hotel Team, I would like to share my experience during my stay. First, the self check-in machine was not working. It was not only me — three other people also could not check in. The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours. "The hotel seems to have had a recent make over and a re-brand. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom looked new and was also very good. My only criticism is the lack of amenities; if you want a kettle or iron you need to go to a store cupboard on the ground floor to get it yourself and there is no fridge in the room. Apart from that my partner and I enjoyed the quiet and were very pleased with the room quality"
