"Wir bekamen erst am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag die Checkin-Infos, obwohl wir in der Woche vor der Anreise den Vermieter drei Mal schriftlich kontaktiert haben und um kurzfristige Klärung/Rüchinfo baten.Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Zylinder der Hauseingabgstür defekt war. Der Schnapper war auf "auf" gestellt. Somlt, falls jemand den Türschnapper auf "zu" stellt, wir nicht mehr ins Haus gekommen wären.Des Weiteren wurde groß mit NETFLIX geworben, was nicht funktionierte....

"Der Aufhalt hat definitiv nicht demin der Anzeige versprochenen entsprochen. Auf den Bildern sind wirklich nur die aller schönsten ecken der Wohnung,bder rest sieht maximal okay aus.Der Check In lief anfangs schon chaotisch, im Eingang des Hauses waren mehrere Schlüsselkästen, scheinbar hätten wir eine E-Mail bekommen sollen mit dem Code. Diese haben wir nie bekommen. Haben dann angerufen und den Code bekommen.Etwa eine Stunde später haben wir erneut angeeufen um nach dem Wlan Passwort zu...
