Mit den Wohnungen kann man mal mehr mal weniger GlĂŒck haben was die MĂ€ngel anbelangt. Wir konnten unser Bidet nicht nutzen weil es undicht war. Bei der Toilette lief auch Wasser (zum GlĂŒck sauberes SpĂŒlwasser) aus und wir haben uns eine...
"This hotel is very special in an old Catalan farmhouse. A truly luxurious experience - really loved it. The staff were super nice and there were loads of free parking options around which seems quite rare on the Costa brava. Itâs also a convenient walk into the city, and loads of beaches a short drive away"

"I had a great stay here! Itâs a well-kept place with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The room was clean and cozy, and the location in the center of town was ideal. "Their address is wrong on any maps app. if you plug in their official address, you get a spot 2km from the location, a different campground that is much closer to town. Feels like a bait and switch.
Also - not for the quiet traveller. Even though they have "quiet hours from 0-8, they don't mention the nighly shows by the central pool that run from 21:30 to 00:00 and reverberate through THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Good luck getting an early night. The expectation there is that you will only sleep from 1:00 to 7:30."
"This is an absolutely awful hotel! Honestly, please, do not book with this company. They put us in an apartment with "windows with a pool view*. This hilariously consisted in reality of frosted glass windows in the bedrooms, which were 6 feet up the wall touching the ceiling and impossible to see out of. Added to that, the windows in the front (off the living area) had bars on them like a prison cell and looked onto a grey grafittied wall opposite. The whole place felt like a prison.
We did not get a balcony or a patio as advertised. We got a sorry looking, very much neglected "yard" on the main road, with a broken table, no shelter from the sun, and a broken vent, through which we could see the basement and generator below. We didn't have a parasol outside, or a kettle inside, or even a plug for the sink. We had an ant infestation.
The admin guys couldn't care less about our disappointment. We booked this hotel in February.
We asked for a better apartment but they
declined. We asked for a refund so we could move to a different hotel, but again they declined.
There are no on site staff. You have to email or whats app and wait for ages for a reply.
They couldn't run a bath let alone an hotel. Again, do not go anywhere near this joke of a company."
