Family After Christmas Get Together
We were happy to have 5 bedrooms for all 9 of us. We loved the cabin feel. The kitchen was well stocked with the dishes, utensils and pot and pans that we needed. Which was great since we were having our Christmas dinner there. The views from the kitchen and bedrooms was really nice! The 3rd floor bedroom suite was perfect for our one year grandson and his parents! He needs a quiet place to sleep! The check in was easy, except I didn’t realize that my instructions would be on the website and clicking contact property manager . I was expecting an email from the property manager . There were a few items that would have made the experience better. The wrap around porch wasn’t shoveled. I had to shovel the porch and also the snow near the hot tub. The house was smaller than we expected. The wood burning stove was not usable. The neighbor houses were closer than we thought. The refrigerator water and ice unit did not work. When we contacted the property manager after 2 calls they came and just left a note stating they couldn’t fix it. Just a thought, a bag of ice and a case of water bottles would have been a nice gesture. Another thought would be to install white outdoor Christmas lights on the porch railing and indoor Christmas lights since it was just 2 days after Christmas Also have a decorated Christmas tree in the house as it showed on the website. All in all, it was a very nice cabin for our Christmas get together

Estes Park
Plenty of room for all 10 of us adults. Close to town and activities. The outdoor area was nice and the weather was gorgeous! Loved the scenery and wildlife. Not all of the fans were working and they were needed to move the cool air indoors. We had a great time with our adult kids!

Great cabin!
We had a great stay at this log cabin, which is located close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was well equipped and the real estate manager, Seth, was very responsive to our needs. One morning we woke up to about 50 elk surrounding the house grazing their way across the hill. It capped off an amazing trip to RMNP.

Wonderful Week in Estes
My husband , oldest son and his family came to Colorado for Spring Break 2023 and visit family n friends. We stayed in this beauyiful cozy home entertaining family and friends coming and going. Last half of our week stay it became very windy and the electric went out. The property was 3 levels requiring a bit of stairs to come and go. I had brought a few candles which were beneficial in the outage. A few more towels would have been nice, snow removal prior to our arrival in back patio hot tub area would have been nice but overall WE LOVED OUR TIME💗

Great House!
We met our family for a summer vacation here! Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen! Loved sitting outside and even though there is no air conditioning, very pleasant! Only draw back was the super steep unpaved driveway. Great location with the town not far and very close to RMNP enterence. A very quiet and peaceful location! We all loved watching the bunnies and deer!

Easy to get to, close to town and RMNP. No a/c so hotter days in summer a little stuffy inside but good at night. Great space and bedrooms. Carpet downstairs and in loft outdated. Hot tub was great!

Fantastic unit in a great location
This is our second time staying in the unit. The location is wonderful--minutes from the park entrance without downtown traffic and easy access to downtown without driving through the downtown traffic. We enjoyed regular 'visits' from deer and elk, grazing in the yard right by the patio. The hot tub was always a welcome amenity after a day of hiking in the park. The cabin had plenty of room for our two families and all the amenities needed to cook meals for our trip, including a nice new gas grill. We look forward to our next trip to Estes Park and will certainly look to stay here again!

Some issues but overall good
We had some plumbing issues when we first arrived, the upstairs shower had a significant leak after the first use. This caused leaking into the main floor bathroom. We called the emergency number and a plumber came late that night but wasn't able to fix it until the morning so we spent the night without water. These things obviously cannot be helped but the communication with management on this and other minor issues was lacking. The matter was eventually resolved. Beyond that, the house and location was beautiful. We saw plenty of animals and enjoyed the hot tub. Lots of space for the different family units we had staying together. Kitchen had everything you could need. The driveway was very steep and washed out so we had some vehicles that would bottom out, vehicles with 4WD would be best. We were also unaware that the house does not have air conditioning which I guess is typical for the area. Overall we enjoyed the stay in beautiful Estes Park!
