This cute little cabin was extremely clean, and cozy. However, if you have a 6’4 husband like mine the bathroom shower entrance is a little small, but totally okay. Just maybe worth mentioning to future tall guests, doorways are slightly shorter than average. But definitely not a deal breaker. The river out the front door was the absolute topper.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for visiting RMNP (minutes from the entrance) while still being close to Estes park for shopping and dinner (10 min drive). The proximity to the river had our cabin echoing with the sweet sound of running water. The shower only had hot water for 10 minutes before it ran out, so we couldn’t even both enjoy a hot shower after hiking. The drain in the shower was also super slow which had us standing in cold murky water. The hot water hadn’t even replenished by the morning for my partner to take a nice shower. The heater in the cabin made a loud banging sound that sounded like someone was trampling into our cabin every time in turned on and off, so it kept waking us up through the night on a slightly uncomfortable mattress. The location and cabin itself was amazing, but a few key items we needed like hot showers and good rest were missing from our stay. Outlets in the bathroom were pretty sketchy with no ground/GFCI as well
Great cabin on the river. 3 br Linger Longer cabin was Older but awesome had all you need and more. Check-in and out was superb.

The cabin is a lovely set up with everything you can need. The view is beautiful in the back. Only thing is the screen on the back porch had holes and a burner on the stove doesn't work correctly but everything else was amazing and friendly environment

Nature at its best!
Very easy to get in and out. Loved the location, river and cabin. Try to get one by the river.
We stayed in the two bedroom Aloha cabin. We parked right next to our cabin and had easy access (just a couple of steps) up to our front screened in porch. The porch swing was so comfortable and overlooked the running river right outside. Once inside the dining room table with two bench seats provided adequate space for us to eat and play games. The kitchen provided a small door style fridge/freezer which was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed (microwave, stove, coffee maker, coffee pod maker, toaster, oven, knives, utensils, cups, and plates). There were also paper towels, soap, and a kitchen towel. The kitchen stove also had a small hood that we used the light on as a nightlight. The living room area was a good size with a couch, a loveseat, a coffee table with coasters, a tv, and some games. There is also a good size closet with hangers, a fan, extra pillows, and blankets. Our suitcases fit in the closet even with our clothes hanging up and our shoes out. The bedrooms were both a decent size with a queen bed, a nightstand, a dresser, and a mirror. There was also an extension cord in each room for our phone chargers to plug into. This cabin had everything we needed. We loved listening to and looking at the river. It was beautiful and peaceful. I would love to stay here again.

Great Atmosphere and comfort
My cabin was about two feet from the roaring Big Thompson river. That was so cool. Can't imagine if the river was higher. Crazy. At first you think, wow that river is loud, but it lulls you to sleep right away. Everything was comfortable, maybe a little worn, but it was great. A bit expensive too. But the porch swing on the river was really nice.

Good But Not Perfect
Overall it was a wonderful location and the cabin was comfortable. The biggest complaint is that it was advertised as having cable in the room and wifi available, but the cable was not working and the wifi was so poor that it was essentially non-functional. I wouldn’t have minded if it was advertised that way, but we booked and made plans assuming there would be functional cable and internet. I tried calling the number given but there was no answer. It wasn’t an emergency so it wasn’t something worth pursuing but it was an annoyance.
Just what I was looking for -a beautiful cabin setting within feet from the Big Thompson River.
Cabin was updated including a fully equipped kitchen and our own gas grill and Cornhole Game. Very peaceful, relaxing area with a community hot tub. Convenient fly fishing area just feet from your front door! A happy visitor (camper)!
Loved the creek next to the cabin. The cabin was adorable and the screened in porch with swing was awesome! Property was clean and well kept. Enjoyed picnic tables, chairs and corn hole outside cabin near the creek.
