This was a very nice place to stay! The host was very communicative and informative and helpful, even reaching out in a message 2 months in advance to remind us of signing up for timed entry for the park!
Condo was clean and well stocked. Decor is a bit dated and wish living areas faced the view instead of the bedrooms. But well laid out and had everything we needed. Host gave clear directions for check in and out.
We recently stayed at Topnotch mountain condo and it was fabulous! Beautiful setting and the double king suites were great for 2 couples. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely say again and highly recommend
We loved this place - especially the view from the balcony! It was clean, well-stocked, nice bedroom furniture, and convenient location. It was nice having 2.5 bathrooms too. We would stay here again.
Nice, clean condo with a great view of Mary’s Lake off of the bedroom decks. Everything was as advertised. Very close to our wedding event at Taharaa Lodge, which worked out great. Thank You!
The beds were comfy, living area comfortable and nice TV. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony view was great. Timbers obstructed views a bit, pub height furniture would make it perfect. Needed to buy spices and coffee which most rentals include, but this condo was 9.9 great.
We really enjoyed our time at the condo-- the space was just what we needed for two adult couples. We appreciated the two king sized comfortable beds and a full bath for each bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to cook full meals easily. It was very clean and met all our expectations. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to a friend.
We were staying to attend a wedding near by. We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen perfect for making meals with friends. The selling point for us initially was 2 king beds, but the real selling point is the view from the back porch. Perfect for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.
We were very impressed with this property. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for me in one room and my sister and brother-in-law in the other. Nice balcony with a view accessible from both bedrooms. Quiet. Close to RMNP entrance and downtown Estes Park. I would definitely stay here again!!
Very comfortable and beautifully decorated condo! Nicely situated with access to Fall River and Bear Lake entrances. It was nice not being right in Estes Park, but very close by. We visited the Rocky Mountain National Park multiple times. The condo was very nice to come home to and then enjoy the mountain view from the back deck. The parking could be a little challenging, but worked out ok.
Beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood with amazing views. 2 comfortable kings with ensuites. Heavily stocked for all your needs. Easy checkin. Owner responding quickly with my questions. Close to town. Will see wildlife everywhere. Dont pass this condo by. Will visit again.
Overall we had a great stay at Notchtop. The bedrooms were nice and clean, with plenty of drawers/closets to unpack everything. The view was great for sunrises, and we did see some deer/elk early in the morning from the deck. The bedrooms do face east, so the early morning sun can come in pretty strongly through the curtains. The kitchen was equipped well enough to make a few meals. The dishwasher seemed to work fine. We made use of the washer/dryer combo as well. The condo did seem to stay a bit on the warmer side, likely due to being the top floor. We opened the bedroom doors and a front window in the evening to cool things down quickly, rather than use the AC units.Mary's Lake is a convenient location, with easy access to both Rocky Mountain National Park and to the east side of downtown Estes Park. We never had an issue finding a close parking spot with the nearby construction, but it is limited. We did have a truck parked directly in front of the condo entrance a few mornings due to a full lot.Renee responded quickly to the few messages we did need to send while staying, and reminded us regarding timed entry shortly after we made our reservation.

Rocky Mountain Vacation
The condo was nice, roomy, and well supplied. View from the deck was great. We did have a big problem with some of the listed ammeities. The pool/hot tub description, care and condition need a lot of work. I rented this property because it had king beds and a hottub. I was aware that the pool was communal but not the hot tub. Also, there was no mention that they were both in a different building 700 ft away. The nomal access from our building was blocked due to construction and no mention of this was ever made until i said something to the property manager. To top this off my kids went there and my 17 year old daughter had her hair turn green from being in them. I personally used the hottub and it was so gross we never used the pool or hot tub again. I expressed this to the property owner and she informed us after we arrived that all she could do is inform the HOA the property is located in. So we found them unusable for most of our 6 day trip and all she said was sorry and I will let them know. I will not stay with these folks again and wont use vrbo again. I rented from the owner not the Hoa and found I had no recourse. This also goes with vrbo. They list very plainly they hold zero liability for the renter and any add they place or the quality of the listing. Estes park was lovely and the mountains are beautiful and we will visit the area again.
This condo was great for our family. It was close to EP, but a little bit outside of town so it wasn’t so busy. The deck overlooking the lake was a beautiful place to drink coffee in the morning.
