This is the perfect house for my husband and me! So close to the entrance to the park and restaurants but in an extremely quiet neighborhood. After hiking we just wanted to rest at night and sit outside and look at the stars. The house was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We loved our stay and the deer that visited each morning.
We took our 4 grandsons. Ages 4 to 11. It was a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable for 6 people. The road to the house is steep. We saw a baby elk, and elk or deer everyday. We also saw a marmot.
This house had everything you could ask for and more. The views were amazing, very peaceful neighborhood with tons of wildlife around the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was inviting and comfortable. Cannot recommend this home enough

Road into property definitely needs some attention
The RVBO had a very nice treed lot above Estes Park. It's a quiet area with good mountains views.
The property and home was well cared for and stocked perfectly with many amenities for quest.
The only ding would be not being informed about the steep and slightly ungraded road leading to the house. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!
Had a wonderful visit. Nice deck and we had a family of deer who visited everyday. The last section of road is not paved. Pretty bumpy so be prepared. The 9-year old liked it😂 try out the Barrel for some cold beer and eat from a food truck. The pizza truck was there the night we visited. It’s very near the cabin.
We have visited Estes and RMNP numerous times and it never disappoints!
It was a cute home with a great deck and wild life. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the tv was complicated but the property manager was great and came over and helped us. The downstairs bed was terrible and the tv did not work. I probably wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. However, I like a king size bed and a mattress that isn’t hard. We enjoyed our stay there with friends! I’ve been going to Estes for 64 years and stayed all over Estes and this was a nice location.
Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked with china, glassware and utensils. Lower level TV did not have a remote. There was a gas fireplace with 2 remotes that didn’t work and no instructions. The last 50 yards of road is gravel and very steep. Hard to climb even with 4-wheel drive.
Great location and house for RMNP. Property management was quick to respond and very accommodating. Will use Villano in the future.
Note: No pets allowed does not mean no pets were/are on property. We booked this property because my son has dog allergies. No guests are allowed to bring pets but owners have a dog. Therefore, dog hair and dog dandruff cause allergic reaction. Just FYI.
We had a very relaxing trip at this property. The views were great along with daily visits by deer in the area. The deck is perfect for just relaxing and taking in the view. The master bedroom was great with it's own bathroom. The living room and kitchen was very nice and nicely equipped. There is a hall bath and a bedroom/bath downstairs. The spiral staircase to the downstairs is really steep. The bottom level was a bit basic and the TV there is only for gaming. Wifi was great. The road in and out is pretty steep and rutted. An SUV is probably best. Checking was super easy. We would defintely return.
Rare mix of having quiet remote privacy while being literally less than 90 seconds drive from downtown activity. Deck is spacious and puts you right in nature with a spectacular view. Had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Not sure what kind of mattress is on the king-sized bed, but it’s the most comfortable sleep that I’ve ever had. Stay a while, if you can. The cleaning fee and other costs make a two-night stay a little rough on the budget. I believe the listing noted a steep incline on the road coming in. You’ll definitely want to be in an SUV or similar, as this path is primitive. Thank you to the host. Our stay here was part of some great memories for our Estes trip.
Cozy, clean cabin in a great location. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed, the deck was the best spot to eat and watch wildlife. We saw multiple elk and deer.
