Beautiful mountain home located on Prospect Mountain. Lots of privacy, yet close enough you can walk to town. Living room features a moss rock, wood burning fireplace with HD/LCD/DVD above, King bedroom, bath with log shelving and accents, fully equipped kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Large 12x26 deck with Hot Tub and HUGE Continental Divide views.

The walkout lower level has log covered entry, queen bedroom, bath, family room with a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. Patio doors to a 12x26 deck with patio furniture.

Wildlife frequents the home, and the private setting makes for a relaxing get away. Fabulous views from both inside and outside the home, hot tub, and area surrounding the home. Setting has lots of trees, large outcropping of rocks and boulders, for a true stay in the mountains, but not too far from fun, shopping, restaurants, hiking, and most town and park activities.

Mountain Views is located on an in-town private road. Beautiful, private location. AWD is recommended for winter guests.

The home does have a driveway camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside or out.

The fireplace was fabulous and plenty of wood was on site. We did not use the hot tub. The views were fabulous, and the house was so comfortable. Close to town but felt you were alone in the woods. We highly recommend this property. The host was also great.

This was the perfect rental home for myself and three family members on our first visit to Estes Park. The home was very clean, comfortable and the perfect location for proximity to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with a lovely view, comfortable furniture and wonderful hot tub. On our last afternoon, we saw 3 deer grazing in the yard which was an added bonus. Our host was very kind and responsive.

Heaven on Earth, this property was so magical and perfect. Town was so close we could have walked if we wanted. Easy access to the Park and Town. We never used the firepit or fireplace but did use the Hot Tub one afternoon and it was so relaxing after walking around Lake Estes. Waking up in the upstairs bedroom and looking out the big picture window and seeing the snow covered mountains right from the bed was so heavenly. Our adult daughter was with us and she had the downstairs area all to herself and felt right at home. We lost one day of Park due to it raining all day and night so hanging out at the Cabin watching the snow on the mountain tops accumulate was so peaceful and relaxing. We honestly hated to leave after our 4th night. I cooked a lot of meals at the cabin and I fell in love with the griddle on the stove top, even the day it was raining since we couldn't grill outdoors we cooked our hotdogs on the griddle indoors, I could cook the entire breakfast each morning on that griddle...I Need that stove at Home. Everything was provided you could ever need, we stocked the cabin with groceries from Dollar General down the road, so much easier and cheaper than Safeway. Never saw any wildlife at our Cabin but did see some Elk on the front porch of the Cabin next door, really wanted to see a Bear but that didn't happen. The Cabin was very private feeling and cosey. Loved sitting on the deck watching the Tram go up and down the mountain side. Mountain View is so on Point.

The cabin had a nice secluded feel that allowed for a real mental reset. The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Linda communicated exceptionally well. Saw everything from elk to black bear right from the deck (he got curiousvabout the trash cans late a couple nights). The book inside was full of helpful information as well. It was centrally located so it was easy to get downtown or head another direction for a day without going out of your way. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recomend it.

Tucked in corner just outside 'Fun City' (which you cannot hear from the house), this hillside location has really only two neighbors and they're both so far uphill/downhill as to be irrelevant.Lovely views, somewhat dated structure that has been clearly been the recipient of a lot of love and attention by the owners. Great, great, great! We loved it.

Our stay was fantastic in Estes Park. The views from the upper porch were worth the price alone. My boys enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The space was comfortable to sit and read a book or just chat. Plenty of space for all 4 of us and all was very clean. We took advantage of the washer and dryer before leaving town. Linda was helpful in everything we may have needed. Definitely would recommend this location for visitors to Estes Park.

Great location

Check in was easy and Linda was great to work with. The location is close to town and the house was perfect for us. We did the jeep tour with Wildside 4x4, razor ATV rental with Backbone Adventure, and horseback rides with Gateway Stables. We hiked, Bear Lake, Lily Lake, Nymph, and Sprague. Would recommend going early morning to beat the rush and see wildlife. We were lucky enough to see 5 moose with little ones at Sprague. Hope to return in the future.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway

This was a perfect balance of a mountain retreat with close proximity to town amd RMNP. The property was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I spent alot of time on the beautiful deck absorbing the amazing views amd wildlife. Linda was a fantastic host, very responsive and available. I will be back!!!

Loved the Home away from home

Absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay in Estes Park and Linda’s home was absolutely perfect! The inside of the home and outside amenities were very nice. The home is comfortable; it was clean at check in and is fully stocked for families to cook in if you prefer. The location was isolated but perfect distance into town. I would highly recommend this VBRO and if we came back with another couple would return. Thank you!!!

Like a dream!

I truly appreciate Linda’s detailed directions prior to arriving to the beautiful house. Trust the process and listen to her directions. We had no trouble going up and down the driveway like others had mentioned and being this far up, the mountain is absolutely worth the heavenly views. The house was immaculately cleaned, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need for days when you just don’t want to eat out. The master bed is very comfortable. There are no complaints from my wonky back. You can’t beat sunsets in the Jacuzzi and then ending the evening with s’mores around the bonfire. Yesterday we were delighted to have a front row seat to the 200 elk parade that wandered through the backyard. It was absolutely spectacular! Everything is within minutes from the house, which made it really easy to go back-and-forth to the Rocky Mountain national Park. I give this lovely house a 10 /10 and Linda was the perfect host. We are incredibly grateful for this time and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our vacation. We will be back. Because I don’t think I could find a more spectacular view anywhere else than from the amazing deck.
