"Old world charm and elegance, and good location. Unfortunately our room was in the modern wing so it lacked the charm you see in hotel photos online. Staff was nice but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not well cleaned (especially the floor) though they did change towels. Room temperature is centrally controlled at 24.7C (76.5F) which was uncomfortable especially to sleep. The hotel technician was not able to change our settings and suggested we just open the window....
