"Lots of things to do here besides gambling . I know it’s a smoking facility BUT cigar and regular smoke came though the vents in our room. The casino itself needs more smoke ventilation. I can’t believe people bring their kids here. A piece of garbage from the previous guest remained on the floor in the bathroom for our entire 4 night stay. I wanted to see how well the rooms were cleaned so I left it to see how long it would take to pick up. It was there when we checked out on the 5th day. The staff was a little snippy on check-in considering our room was not ready at 3:00. I checked in on line letting them know my arrival time earlier in the day. I got a little tired asking for coffee supply daily. But the best and happiest staff member was the one who brought the coffee when we did call. She was great. The Sonoma Cellar. restaurant was incredibly delicious. Our server was fantastic. The salmon was to die for! We had a lovely dinner, went to walk around, then came back a couple of hours later for amazing deserts. The bartender was a delightful young lady. Valet parking was good. The water pressure and temperature for the shower was a gamble: you never know if it will suddenly change temp. Probably would not stay again because of the smoke. The petite suite was good sized. "

"the only negative or possible negative is the location. It is away from the strip or downtown area by 20 minutes or so. Other than that it was a really good overall experience, very laid back. Smokey joes restaurant on property was excellent and also the angry butcher. very clean atmosphere and the garden area is pretty cool. it really gets u away from all the hustle and bustle"

"Arrived late but waited 5 min for staff to let us in from outside. Window in room was open so room was infested with flying insects. AC would not shut off so had to unplug. Unusually poor lighting in room. The only negative experience we’ve ever had in a Hampton Inn. "

The room was clean, beds were nicely made and we really liked that the rooms had a microwave with a good working fridge. The area is nice and quiet and a good distance for shopping and eating options. "
