Esther checked me in. She was friendly and welcoming and efficient. This property is older and simple, but clean, comfortable, quiet and perfectly located by gas station, McDonald’s, donut shop, KFC and other walkable options. Lots of truckers in their clientele because of easy access to the highway. Perfect for a pre-airport night. Appreciate an affordable option!

It was nothing fancy, but it was a clean and comfortable stay for my husband and myself for our son who was playing a baseball tournament for the weekend at Red Land. Staff was very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing fancy but worth the price. Easy access as it was located just off the highway exit. Staff was friendly and courteous. Plenty of fast food and gas stations within walking distance.

Clean, old, amazing staff

Probably some of the best staff I've ever come across. The rooms are pretty old and dated, but clean. The bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to shut the door.

Receptionist was wery nice. Room was clean. We stayed in non stoking room, so there were no smell of smoking unlike some other motels we stayed before. Burger King, McDonalds, gas station was across the street. I believe it was nice place to stay for the price. Nothing fancy. Furniture somewhat outdated, but in proper condition. So if you are traveling and need place to spend a night it is right place to stay.

Except for the helpful staff, the motel is in pretty bad shape. Very old damp smelling carpets, old building, furniture, cramped old washroom etc.. for the price we paid, we expected it to be in a better condition.

Safe and quiet place to stay

I was greeted by a friendly, delightful woman who expressed concern about me traveling alone as a woman. She confided that a number of nearby motels "are full of prostitutes", but assured me that the owner "won't tolerate that", so Value Inn was safe ("the police aren't called here very often."). I was a little concerned when I found that my room's door was difficult to close, and I couldn't throw the deadbolt because of the sticky door. Nevertheless, not only was I safe, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet enough for me to get a good rest before my marathon the following day. The room smelled a little musty, and the furnishings were simple, but Value Inn provided everything that I really needed for a good night's rest.

Great stay, great value.

As others have said, this is an older property. HOWEVER, it is VERY clear that these owners take excellent care of the property and have made and are making great updates. Our room was spotless with a very new AC/heat unit, new bathroom fixtures, TV, refrigerator and microwave. The bedding and towels were pristine. This is the ONLY place I have stayed at in the past 4 years where my room was cleaned daily- and I have stayed at a variety of hotels and various price points. Our door was secure with both a dead bolt and a chain. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast area appears to be new/updated as well. The breakfast was modest but more than adequate for anyone- fruit, juices, tea coffee, yogurt, cereal, waffles, toast. There are 2 fast food restaurants in easy walking distance. Ample parking and well lit parking lot. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for clean, affordable stay. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting room The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs
