Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando.
