Very pleased!

I stayed here for two nights because I was visiting the nearby Providence Canyon. Everything about this stay was great! The service was great, everyone was friendly, parking was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again soon and anytime I visit the area.

I've never stayed at a baymont before. I am not fond of staying at motels at all. But this one was extremely impressive and if I'm ever back in the area. I will definitely book a room here again, so clean. Smell so good, everything was pristine very safe. Even the parking lot and surrounding Area

Rough neighbor- handled well.

It’s currently 1AM and my neighbors were just arrested. My room has smelled like pot for several hours and they were allowed to play loud music on a speaker for over an hour. The front desk did finally call the police, which I think is very fair. Due to the nature of the guests this has been a terrible experience. The front desk did what they could though.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness could always be improved. I don’t believe bathroom floor was vacuumed between guests. Linens were clean, but there were what appeared to be cigarette burns on the top sheet.

I was traveling from NC, my friend reserved my room I got to the property tired after driving almost 10 hours only to get there and finding out they didnt have a room for me. I was really tired and sat in my car for a couple minutes before attending a very important meeting, the staff came to my window and proceeded to tell me they were going to call the police if I didnt leave.

The Room only had 2 towels for 5 guest in the room, I called the front desk to get additional towels and she said I would have come to the desk. She handed me two additional towels and I asked her for another and she said that is all she could let me have. I informed her again that we have 5 people and she said she was sorry that was all I could have.

Terrible Hotel Experience Ruined Our Getaway

The website lied about having an indoor pool on the property. When we checked in and attempted to go to the pool we we're told that the website needs to be updated and the pool is actually down the street at the REC CENTER!! To make it worse Hotels.com refused to compensate us despite confirming with Lisa at the front that there is no pool access on the property and we'd driven 8 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. So, we were not pleased that we traveled so far to be stuck in a rinky dink hotel because everything else was booked due to the 4th of July.

It is the worst ever i was out of $80 dollars & did not even have a place to stay the hotel was booked for the wrong location i contacted the bsymont as well as Expedia both to get a refund or atleast change the location to Albany GA & i was denied both.. I would never recommend baymont nor to book with Expedia to anyone.. No one even cared to help me & that was the only $80.00 i had. I explained that to them as well as i have my children with me and we are gonna have to sleep in the car if they didnt give me a refund or change the location but neither place even cared that it was my last little bit of money
