"Convenient to everything downtown. Friendly staff and good homemade breakfast. Our room was on the back of the common areas and had a bit of a funky smell (humidity?) so I had to open the window for several hours to make it comfortable to sleep. The back side did feel somewhat exposed as it had a parking area in front of it and homeless people wandered around. Homelessness is an Eugene issue so there isn't much that the hotel can do, but reception could check with the client if they prefer a...

"Great spot, close to everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the little area at the back of the property where the water front part was. Wish our room had been on that side but we know for next time. Comfy rooms, very clean. Did not enjoy being on the middle floor but all sounds were muffled so that helps and had more to do with the neighbors than the hotel. "

"The hotel is doing some renovations. But what I liked is the king size bed. My 3 kids fits in the bed. The room is clean and organized. It also has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a laso a balcony but since they are renovating, can’t stay in the balcony because there are scraps blocking the view. They also have a wide variety of foods to choose for breakfast."
