Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a great little place. Updated with new floors, bath and kitchen.I love the outdoor patio. Keep in mind you have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the front door. I would definitely stay there again.

People in unit cleaning at 1:30a when I arrived. They lived in the other upstairs unit. Unit not clean. Dirty towels, sheets, and trash in cans. Cleaning crew came the next day after I complained. Plumbers also came into the unit thinking it was empty one morning. Tenants from other upstairs unit were noisy all night long and used the whole patio area and even slept out there. Was scared to complain too much because they had access to my unit. Window coverings we’re not adequate for privacy and patio lighting being turned on by other tenants in the middle of the night.

Just what we needed!

Thanks for a great experience. We were visiting the university for a short stay and this place was just what our family of 4 needed. While we had all that we needed, a few more bath towels and an extra blanket for reading with a cup of coffee in the morning while everyone was still sleeping would have been great!

Great central location for exploring Eugene

The penthouse apartment is a spacious place to center your adventures in and around Eugene. It’s a vintage building, but the unit has been recently flipped and has nice appointments, including the updated kitchen. The parking was initially hard to locate as the lot is accessed from an alleyway that’s a few buildings down from the address (perhaps some more details are needed on the checkin instructions). However, we were pleasantly surprised that nobody parked in the reserved spot during our stay — usually a concern since there are tenants, a restaurant and market are right there. The penthouse was also quiet, especially after Hot Mama’s Wings closed down each evening between 8-9pm. The whole unit is bright during the day as daylight floods the penthouse. The living room could use some additional lighting for evenings and the bedrooms could use blackout curtains — just a few details for a new listing. Overall, would highly recommend.
