"We stayed here for CPH graduation weekend 2024. Our double queen room was generous in size and the beds were comfortable. We had a microwave and refrigerator with small freezer. This property is motel style with parking outside the door. I expected noise but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. There are two stories and no elevator. "My second stay at Holiday Inn Express at Arcata was much like my first. Exceptional! The only minor complaint was the cleaning of the sheet metal roof during the day. It’s a petty complaint as it’s routine maintenance that needs to be done. It does not detract from my stay and experience in Arcata!! Hopefully they don’t get any negative reviews because of the work. "
