Nestled amongst many popular outdoor recreational sites, this home is the perfect getaway for adventure enthusiasts. During your stay, check out the Eureka Springs Tram Tours, Holiday Island 18 Hole Golf, Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, Beaver Damn Site Park, and of course, Downtown Eureka Springs.

After a day spent soaking up the sun, head inside your stay and get comfortable on the spacious living room's soft seating. As you stream your favorite TV show or play a board game, the chef of your family can utilize the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops in the full kitchen. When it's time to eat, dine at the window-side dining table or at the sizable breakfast bar.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall we enjoyed the property. Love that it’s off the beaten path but still super close to everything. When we got there we couldn’t get our code to work. We called and were able to get a key to use for the weekend because the codes never worked. The door is kind of hard to get in to. The cabin was super cute, however, it smelled like stale cigarettes. Overall it was mostly clean but there was some spots in the kitchen and bathroom that could have been cleaned better. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, they were empty. There was an abundance of bath towels which was great, but there was one hand towel and one wash clothe. The property on VRBO says there is a washer and dryer on site. This is not true. It also says “Mountain View” which is also not true. I think the listing needs to be updated. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Nothing we couldn’t manage.

Charming and very up to date and decorated home. We loved the location especially the fact that we were close to every thing yet secluded. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup. Communication was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was because I can’t think of a single home that is spotless. It really should have been a 4.8. On the 4 that I gave description, it states laundry and they didn’t have a washer/dryer but I should have done my research better and I would have seen it in the comments. That rating should have been a 4.8. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again 100%

Nice cabin in the woods

Perfect for our needs. Dogs loved the fenced yard. Close to all Eureka Springs activities, but feels secluded. Clean and comfortable! A bit difficult to find. Gravel drive is hidden off a gravel road. Lock on the door is challenging. 10-digit combination and then it isn't obvious what to do next. The instructions say to turn the lever by which they mean the knob in the center of the lock, not the door handle which looks like a lever.

Bugs

Pros: The ground floor was nicely remodeled. There is a large fenced area. The house is isolated but close to downtown. The grill was clean and had propane. All appliances worked.Cons: They need to provide directions to the house. Google maps has it in the wrong location. The lower story of the house, which isn't accessible to guests, had plywood over one window. There were bugs in the house. When I contacted the property manager with photos, they just said they would look into it. We left a day early because I was getting welts from some kind of bug bites while inside the house.

Friends get Away

My friend and I met half way for each of us for a girls get away. I chose this place because of the fenced in yard for my schnauzer. Ended up not bringing my dog but another friend came for a couple days. It was a perfect place. So peaceful and it really was quite lovely.

Charming

Home was beautiful and cozy and the yard and area around the home was great! The extra bed in the closet was so nice! A thick fold up mattress on a fold up wooden platform....was very comfortable! We will definitely book again in the future. Sunsets and night sky views were what really made this place so enchanting.

Quiet and private cottage in the woods.

This is a cozy, clean cottage with excellent privacy but still really close to downtown Eureka Springs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were plentiful. The large fenced yard is nice but if you’re traveling with very small dogs like we do, the wire fencing has large gaps and our pups escaped easily. The cottage is located down a fairly steep, gravel drive that flattens into plenty of parking in front of the house. I didn’t read the listing closely to realize there is no washer/dryer at the house. If you’re planning a longer stay, you’ll need to use a laundromat. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book it again.

This house was just about perfect. Secluded, quiet and clean. Slightly steep gravel road. Fenced yard. Modern appliances. Very nice.

Weekend getaway

We had such a great time for our weekend getaway. The home was just as described in the listing. Check-in was easy and I had everything I needed before arrival. The home was clean and cozy. The only con was that the driveway is difficult for large vehicles. Check-out was just as easy as check-in. If I return to Eureka Springs I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great house!

We really enjoyed the house. The kitchen was stocked with pans, etc. Plenty of room. It was right in town but had plenty of parking and privacy. We really enjoyed it. We'll definitely stay there again. *The real fireplace with the silly fake fire was kind of crazy. But that didn't stop us from turning it on.

Great location in Eureka Springs

The cabin was all as advertised. Very clean with all amenities. Within 2 miles of down town but felt like it was in the middle of the woods. We will stay there again!

Great little getaway

The Owl’s Nest was amazing! Very comfortable, and we loved the fenced yard for our girls. Loved that you are in town but where the house is you feel far away from everything. House was clean, bed was comfortable. The A/C heaters worked great; we were always comfortable. Beautiful fall colors! The host checked on us when we checked in and when we checked out. We didn’t need assistance during our stay, so the host checking in on us was nice! If you want to be close to everything but feel secluded, then The Owl’s Nest is your place. We can not wait to go back!

The Owls Nest- Awesome place

Loved this place. Clean, quiet private location. So close to downtown as well. Loved sitting outdoors with my dogs. Just very helpful, friendly and responsive if I had a question. Will definitely be back

Cute little house

Pros- Great location! Just as you get into town, you take a couple of turns back to this property and you are on a secluded 6 acres with quick access to the town. The decorations/styling is super cute and up to date as well as comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Games, books, and most amenities can be found in the rental. Cons- The listing said they had a blow dryer so I didn’t bring mine. When contacting the agency, they kept telling me someone was going to bring it by but no one ever did the whole 3 days we were there. Customer service feels like it might be someone in a cubicle very far away. Not helpful. There are some cosmetic things that you can tell need some work- touch up on the paint, pink soap residue in the shower, etc. Memory foam mattress was not my favorite in the king bed. Dogs bark late at night in a nearby property- kept our dog up in the night whining about them. No central heat/air- all window units, floor units (which is fine, just a little learning curve to figure out how each works).
