Pine Forest Studio, serene winding lane to cozy retreat.

A perfect get-a-way location down a winding laneway and tucked into the trees. Pine Forest Studio is a well-appointed cozy cottage shaded by oaks and magnolias with a screen porch view of nothing but pines. A bbq is just off the porch, along with convenient adjacent parking with plenty of extra parking also available.
The interior boasts a queen size bed with luxury linens, cable tv, wifi, central heat/ac, large comfy sofa for relaxing and an arm chair for reading. Everything you need for your stay is provided in the fully equipped kitchen and bath.
Things to do include nothing at all, or a wide assortment of nearby activities. Renninger's famous Flea Market and Antique Center is 10 minutes away (look on their website for Antique Extravaganza weekends and other special events) and quaint Mt Dora shops and restaurants (check out Goblin Market, Pisces Rising or One Flight Up) a quick 5 minutes. If you enjoy a walk in the woods, Trout Lake Nature Center is less than a mile down the road. Over 100 championship golf courses are within an easy drive including those at Mission Inn Yalaha and The Villages. World-class fishing is also at your doorstep in the FLW and BassMasters tournament lakes on the Harris Chain. Captain Austin, our resident (and Coast Guard licensed ) fishing guide, operates Monster Bass Fishing Charters with over 50 5-star reviews you can be guaranteed a great day out on the water chasing big bass.
We are located on a 5 acre property with on-site owners should you require anything during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Great Cabin Retreat

My husband and I had a wonderful two-night stay! The Cabin is very cute, clean, and updated. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, and we used the hot tub twice. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Peaceful and secluded

Nice little place, too cool to swim but the hot tub was nice and the pool looked inviting. Host was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and everything was provided. The only minor negative thing I would say is not enough lighting in the kitchen and the bed moves around a bit, but these are minor issues. Overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend this place. Thanks for having us

Quite place

We had a good time at studio. Was a quiet place. The pool area is not private it’s for other residents. One of the biggest complaints is the bed/broke/move around very easy.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at this air b&b while we visited Mount Dora! The listing pictures are great.....however this place is even cuter in person! Can't say enough good things about this place! The host is just wonderful too!!!

Eustis Stay

Great Place

We really enjoyed our time at this little studio. It was in a perfect spot as far as location near other things to do and see. It was very private and the lane was very nice to walk our dog. Sitting out on the deck, we could even hear the barred owls at night calling each other. That was very special!

Studio

The studio is adorable. I like the screened in porch. The pool and grounds are beautiful. This is the second time that we stayed here. Close to Black Bear golf club and for my husband and I, close to relatives. Close to shopping in Mt. Dora which has an amazing Mexican restaurant. This is now our go to place to visit our family in Florida. I recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet in the woods, cabinny kind of feel. My husband and I like the one with the closed in porch. It’s great for a morning cup of coffee in your pajamas and an evening cocktail which we enjoyed nightly while on vacation. Oh and the owners are very nice too!

Wonderful Retreat

My husband and I stayed from May 15-19, 2024 and were very pleased with our experience. The Cottage was adorable and very private. The owners are on the property and available by text as needed. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed visiting antique stores in the area. We will definitely return soon.

3 night stay

Loved it! Cozy, has everything needed, in beautiful condition. Even our dog was comfortable and he’s very timid in different places. Close enough to town, restaurants and several nature areas. If we travel through this area again, we will stay at the studio for sure. Also pool and hot tub were great 👍

Small Place is Big on Charm - Secluded. Private. Essentials are Minutes Away.

We needed a place where we could have our beloved dog while we attended a funeral nearby. This place is literally tucked away in a naturally beautiful setting of lush greenery, trees, and solitude. Super clean, quiet, comfy and has all the basics we needed for a short stay of two nights.

Great Stay

We loved the studio and its surroundings. Host was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our time on the porch and was able to grill up a couple of meals. The pool was such a nice relaxing area. Landscaping kept us tucked away in our own little area. Looking forward to our next visit.

Two days in Mt. Dora/Eustis

Perfect for our needs. Spotless, cute, quiet, not far from downtown MD. Could have benefited from a better coffee maker (Keurig would be nice) and more kitchen conveniences generally. ie a toaster, sugar packets etc. But that's a minor qubble. The place was very nice.
