"Convenient location directly next door to tube station. Easy check in process. Toilet roll holder snapped off leaving sharp edge, shower door off its rollers, extractor fan broken, window rattles when open. Room so small had to squeeze between wall and end of bed. Hallways in need of a deep clean."
