Spacious first floor with custom art work, draperies and rugs. Indoor and outdoor wood burning fireplace. Double grills that convert to pizza ovens. Spacious master with light blocking custom drapes. Eco friendly upgrades include whole house carbon water filter. Custom pantry with cocktail ice machine, dual temperature wine fridge and lots of counter space to make cocktails! TV in 3 bedrooms and downstairs as well as outside. Alexas in each bedroom and kitchen. Kid friendly accommodations available. Great quiet neighborhood. Master has king bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen, 3rd has a twin over full, 4th bedroom has twin with twin trundle pullout.

11 miles from Augusta National. 2 miles from largest Kroger in the area. 2 miles to I-20, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.
