"Clean rooms breakfast"

"I had an uneasy feeling from the start. The guy at the front desk was snarky and demeaning just because I asked why I was being charged a $60 deposit. The room itself was honestly gross. The towels, microwave, and tables were all visibly dirty. I actually had to go back to the front desk to ask for new towels and for the microwave to be cleaned. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin, so I heard every single car on the highway and didn't sleep at all. The scariest part of my stay was at 11 PM when a random man was shouting and going to every door trying to break in. I felt really unsafe and uneasy the rest of the night. Between the lack of security and dirty room, I will never be returning to this place and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either."

"Walk in shower was great. Our go to when visiting the area. Hotel is kept in better repair than most in the area. Quiet for location. Of course it is Colorado so expect the Pot smells as you walk by some rooms. Funny no tobacco smell at all. "

" We have stay at this property a couple of times with no problems. However not this stay. This time we got our room as we specifically asked the clerk at the front desk about getting a room close to the hot tub. So she did give us a room on the first floor close to the hot tub. Well we got into the room and that is the LOWEST bed I have ever sleep in. I told my husband it’s pretty sad when your couch is higher than the bed. Well we went down to the hot tub and we were the only ones there. My husband turn on the jets and I stepped in and told my husband if I say it’s luke warm that would be really hot. It was the coldest HOT tub I have ever been in. My husband went back to the room and I went to the front desk. I got there and mentioned it to the front desk clerk (that we checked in with) and told her about the cold hot tub and she said”it’s a work in progress” then I ask if all the beds are as low as the one in our room. She explained no it doesn’t have a box spring, the one that was there got ruined and they never replaced it and I don’t know why they keep renting it out” she did change us rooms. I just find it amazing that when we told her we want a room close to the hot tub she could have said the hot tub isn’t working and knowing the room did have a box spring she still put us in that room. Like I said previous stays have been fine but not this time and we have two more trips to Ft Collins CO for medical reason and rethinking our future stay at Courtyard by Marriott."

"bathroom sink was cracked and plunger was disconnected. Smoke alarm battery died in middle of night."

"Overall it was decent, room was clean. But you definitely could hear your neighbors t.v and sometimes hear them talking. Staff were friendly, parking was easy and it had other food options close to hotel. "
