"It was dated, smelled mildly musty due to age. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had the best shower I had on my trip. The surrounding area was sketchy, broken windows. I had an older man walking around trying to find the ice machine because the instructions to where it was, was unclear. Staff should have done more than a room number or map. On exit, coffee machines in lobby were out of water and no one was at the desk to get assistance. "

"We had a great clean room on second floor, no elevator the exterior is nice but so many other things are crumbling away outside like stairs. Obviously it wasn’t a 5 star but a nice staff it just needs some work on the exterior. I know staffing is a problem but you need more people. And someone to walk over the whole place and improve it. "

"All was good and Charlotte at the front Desk was great. Only issue is no bottled water was available at either the front desk or Vending machines. Tap Water in the bathroom was not pleasant. "
