Its location was a little bit weird but that may have been a benefit. It was in the middle of east Evansville with shopping and restaurants close by. Most of all, it was pleasant and quiet which may have been due to its location. 😉

At first glance, the place seems decent from the outside, but the inside tells a different story. The room was extremely old and had an unsettling atmosphere. There was a strong odor, and the carpet was badly stained — some marks even looked suspicious, possibly blood or worse. The bedding was unclean, with small black hairs on the sheets and comforter. The chair in the room appeared filthy, as if it had been soiled or infested. On a slightly better note, the bathroom was in acceptable condition. The surrounding area isn’t terrible, but I would strongly recommend exercising caution before booking a stay here.

Fantastic Stay

The front desk people were so incredibly nice. The breakfast included some hot options which were wonderful and a pleasant surprise. The lobby is colorful and a delight. The place was clean and I felt safe.

Know your level of acceptance

Know before you go, it's different. High end - low budget however you approach it. It's something different. Adequate and a little less. Cleanliness mid+., sound in room, loud ac unit, struggled to maintain comfort day and night, 90s feel on TV, small micro, fridge. Felt like it was a remodel from the 70s,90s and early 2k all at same time. I could stay here again for budget but it'd be risky.

Bedbugs in bed, I left in the middle of the night to find different hotel. Manager didn’t show up the next day to talk or refund money.

They have a decent breakfast every morning. The 2nd floor carpet is dirty, but they're putting new carpet in the rooms. Over all it's a really nice hotel.

Great and affordable place to stay

Such a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very nice, and the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but I feel like we had a lot of options, so my whole family enjoyed it . Definitely would stay again if we ever need to .

Great value. Hotel was much better than hotels we stayed in for similar price point. Some things we dated, not as many amenities for sure but, the staff was excellent and over the top friendly. Will stay here again.
