"First of all when we checked in, my husband was informed we'd been put in a "pet room." We did not ask for a pet room, and did not want one, but the hotel clerk said that was what we got. She gave my husband two coupons to use in the bar, restaurant, or gift shop. We immediately noticed a smell when entering the room. Then, a dog began barking down the hall. "What did we get ourselves into?" I wondered. I called the front desk several times before anyone answered. I asked how we could use the coupons in the restaurant if the restaurant was closed. "You can use them in the gift shop for snacks and such," the woman replied. My husband went to the gift shop which was actually the front desk area, and asked the woman why we were put in the pet area of the hotel when we had no pets. "You got what was left because you didn't book directly with us. You booked through Expedia, so you can either stay in what's left or leave," the woman said curtly. Our room smelled of wet dog; the hallway smelled, too. A dog would bark repeatedly whenever someone walked down the hall past it's door. The bathroom was old, with a large wet spot on the ceiling where the paint was bubbling. The towels had strange yellow stains like they'd been used to mop up dog urine. The sheets on the bed were rough, and the pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. It was terrible! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Had to walk go to front desk to get items for kitchen, towels and toiletries. No staff available to deliver items to room. The breakfast was pretty basic. Will be booking somewhere else or an air b nb."

"It was an average stay. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was hair in the tub when I arrived. Had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. I received a call from staff to my room about a noise complaint that was coming from the room next to me. The staff was a bit rude about it. Other than that it’s a cool place to take the kids for the pool alone. I give it an 3 out of 5 stars. (P.S they have a longer hold on your credit card than most hotels. Mine’s was for $100."

"Room was great! Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. But the walls are paper thin and most rooms have adjoining doors and we could hear every word and move by the people next door. Other than that it was a good stay!"

"I paid almost 400 dollars for a one night stay!! That was the first problem..but needed room. The fridge in the room had mold inside it, we had aTV but no remote. There was coffee supplies no coffee maker. The sheets were dirty apon arrival with make up stains,boot prints and when it was brought to staffs attention only thing that was done was I was given new sheets to change myself! The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water from room above. There was silly string hanging from our ceiling, only one of the 2 lamps worked and only 2 outlets n the whole room worked! This is the worst hotel ever! Staff was rude when I asked to be compensated for it! They had no vending machine for water or snacks and wanted to charge you 3 bucks for a warm bottle of water and you could only pay cash! I was charged 30 dollars cash fee for 30 mins early check in! Plus 45 dollars to my card I have yet to figure out what is for. Place needs shut down!!"

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were incongruous… one bed was very comfortable, while the other had a less comfortable, very springy-like mattress, but acceptable. Nice to have a microwave and mini refrigerator. Clean bathroom with adequate space and counters. Coffee & ice by the lobby was convenient. Front office staff was fairly friendly. AC/Heat & Fan unit easy to operate. The only negative was the strong smell of cleaning product (like Pine-Sol) that was eminent and noticeable during our entire stay (maybe somewhat less noticeable on Day 2, but still present). Would recommend highly, due to comfort, cleanliness, and cost!!"
