"the room was clean! We spread out the sofa for the children and the mattress was terrible! We had to ask for a few extra blankets to put on the mattress so as not to feel the springs under our backs. The hairdryer in our room was broken. The pool in the photo is beautiful and large, but in fact it is very small, the water was very cold. The service was great! The staff was friendly!"

"Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Moved rooms because the TV wasn’t working properly. It’s winter, the rooms are not at all kept warm. We were freezing when we got into our room, heater slow to warm up the room, and we couldn’t use the shower… terrible odour from the tub. "
