"Very well presented hotel, large car park, very comfortable and well appointed room with a huge bed (the super king is a worth it), good connectivity with the TV, helpful and friendly staff, a stones throw from the best restaurants in Stratford-Upon-Avon as well as the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The only downside is we only had the one night away to watch a show, if we'd arranged someone to care for our pets we'd have booked another night, or two..."

"Shower curtain needs to be changed, washed or new one... mould on the bottom Room comfortable Spa facilities lovely shame not all jacuzzi and jets working but relaxing time Shame other guests ruined stay with loud shouting, kids knocking on our room door and running up and down the corridors During night and early morning."

"Overall, the hotel was well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cookies at the reception were delicious! The breakfast was also really good. Only downside was that there was some white noise in the room and the floors were a little squeaky."

"Very good hotel and reasonably priced. Drinks are very expensive. Our check out experience was dreadful. It took 25 minutes because the receptionist could not work out it the Expedia payment was complete. Spoilt what was otherwise a very pleasant experience."
