"Lovely flat, lovely view over the bay and the sea. Everything you need in the flat to make your stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable but missing slats which meant if you sat on it wrong would fall through. Comfy sofa bed with linen. I would recommend and would stay here again. Owners on hand if you need help. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx "

"This is a good apartment as it’s so close to Cardiff by road or train. It’s also very close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the lovely pier and beach. What the ad doesn’t tell you is the apartment is at the side of the train stop that runs every 15 minutes. We chose it as it had parking but again once we booked, it’s not suitable for a large vehicle which we have. The toilet seat in the en suite is too small for the toilet so went flying. We have friends in Penarth so was a good stay to...

"Great location lovely apartment. Had hoped for a better balcony it didn’t feel secure enough to sit out on and was too narrow no furniture on it. Also the day before I left I returned to find a rug in the lounge that wasn’t there before so someone had been in apartment while I out. I would have been good to have been given prior notice that this would be happening."

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed overnight here. Nice room with everything in it and clean. Bed was good size. . Great view from the 10th floor. Plenty of elevators. We got a helpful young lady and reception. Beds even have a USB port beside it. Our GPS took us to the opposite side of the street and couldn’t find the way around town and all the one way streets to get there. I got partner to walk to hotel and asked reception for the parking address which worked out. Parking was easy. Breakfast ok but coffee could be a tough hotter. "

"Staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Bedroom was lovely, spotless and well stocked with toiletries. From the outside the building looks a bit scruffy and in need of a coat of paint. Big job tbough, i appreciate that. However, when you're inside, you can't see that! This was my first stay there, and I will definitely book again. It's really well positioned for the city and castle, and has a multi storey car park a few hundred yards away, with a superb discount scheme. We had a brilliant time!"
