"Everybody, EVERY one, we came in contact with here from front desk to Bistro to housekeeping responded with genuine warmth, hospitality, individual (not market group infused) humanity and pride, and it shows! Our one night, on-the-road, late arrival/early departure stay seemed something like a visit to a spa hotel. These folks *own* their pride in what they do. (Okay, so our A/C was rattly, wheezing, loud, too hot then too cold, so what. I bet if we'd called at 3:00 am someone would have come up...
