"We had a lovely stay and Céline and Loic were very welcoming and helpful with our limited French. Beds were comfy and our stay was quiet. While we couldn't access the AC as the system was still in heat mode, the room ultimately cooled down at night and we were quite comfortable. "The property and rooms are beautiful and in a lovely location. The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast had the potential to be good, but was overpriced. Bread was stale one morning and there was not enough food as the kitchen was short-staffed. But, we were not charged for breakfast that morning as recompense, which we appreciated. In general, there may have just been some rusty edges to the service as we visited on the hotel's first weekend of the season. Also, this isn't the most important thing in the world, but I had emailed ahead of time indicating that my daughter would be celebrating her 3rd birthday while at the hotel. The email went unacknowledged, and we didn't receive any sort-of card, or extra bedtime chocolate etc. Again, this isn't necessarily expected, but we had spent the previous night at a Hampton Inn at the airport and they noticed my daughter's upcoming birthday on her passport and brought over a special waffle with whipped cream at breakfast. If a EUR 110/night airport Hampton Inn acknowledges something like that, I would hope for at least a "happy birthday" at check-in from a place like Hotel de Bouilhac. "

"This is a budget hotel. We only slept and showered there. We brought our dogs. We booked the rooms at 21:00 for a 22:00 arrival. The entrance is automated. We did not get our confirmation codes to the doors. All of that was solved with a quick call. It was clean and looks like there’s food machines in the lobby if you needed something. The hotel is located in a business zone though there are other hotels nearby. Free parking in the back. If you are arriving late (and are with dogs) and leaving early and need a clean room, I’d recommend Ibis Budget. "

"A truly lovely property which was perfect for our family holiday. There is plenty of space for our family with teens having their own bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable beds with excellent linens, extra towels and thoughtful finishing touches.Kitchen was well equipped and lounge cosy but spacious.The swimming pool was great alongside an excellent seating area.Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly with a great knowledge of the area and what to see. We made great friends with their dog Rio, a gentle and calm dog, so well behaved and a delight to be around.Thankyou Dominique and Veronique."
