"We were a family of 8 with three generations, the children aged 7, 9 and 10.We found the gite to be well equipped with all the cooking utensils a family would need. The house was a good size and comfortable. The swimming pool was excellent and used every day. The garden was not large but we were able to park 3 cars and still play boules and knock a badminton shuttle around. The two large tables outside the gite were used for all meals and so we did not use the dining room. There were sun loungers around the pool and garden furniture in the shade of the tree, so adequate seating for all.Overall we felt the gite was better than expected and the photos could perhaps be improved.The hosts did not speak English but google translate works!We found different activities within a reasonable distance to occupy the children for a part of each day. There is a boulangerie in the nearest village as well as a small supermarket (with petrol) and a chemist. There was a small pizza outlet which we only found as we were leaving a d had to follow a diversion."

"We had a fabulous week at La Faurie. The location is ideal - quiet and surrounded by beautiful farmland but also within easy walking distance of the village where, among other amenities, you will find a very well appointed local bar/general store.The house had everything we needed and wasn’t too hot at night, despite the heat wave. The pool was a good size and fenced off so safe for kids. It was great to be able to wander in the surrounding fields, especially at sunset. We couldn’t fault anything but if we were forced to list any regrets it would be that we couldn’t stay longer and the coffee machine wasn’t great, but other than that we had the most amazing time and we hope to return next year if you’ll have us!Thank you Mathilde et Chloe!Best wishes, Kerr, Dani & Douglas"

"Séjour de 15 jours dans ce gîte 15 jours de plaisir , pour le repos , pour la pêche, un accueil par le propriétaire avec toute sa simplicité soucieux de peur de ne pas satisfaire les locataires, donc toujours à votre écoute, une habitation avec tout le confort et les commodités, un village à 3 kms (environ) ou l'on trouve tout ce que l'on veut et le top du top la piscine pour nous en période de canicule a été un sauveur. Vraiment à ne pas hésiter ; Merci Yvan pour ce merveilleux séjour"
