"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was thereâs no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesnât open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "
"Our stay at Casa JuĂĄrez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were attentive to our need, helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed out stay at Casa JuĂĄrez. We recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Puebla."

The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.
