"Me and partner come hear for some down time, we had a lovely stay hot tub was a added bonus, all id say was the sofa and mattress was not comfortable other then that perfect, we had food at tomahawk not far and 100% recommended "

"We had a lovely clean lodge provided for us. The site was immaculate and so peaceful. Grant (warden) was so helpful and friendly when we first arrived showing us around and how to use the hot tub, and coming round every morning to make sure it was clean. The lodge is about a 15 minute drive away from Yarm high street where thereâ€™s plenty of food places and about a 5 minute drive away from the local Spar if you needed anything extra."

"We had a very good holiday despite the awful weather the lodges are spacious clean and well equipped but the TV kept breaking up though the WiFi is excellent.phone reception however is poor.The park is peaceful and relaxing with ducks and rabbits and birds everywhere. Itâ€™s very quiet but near lots of lovely places to visit."

The views was stunning and the pod and hot tub seemed well kept and maintained. The bed was very comfortable and we tried a few of the recommended locations for food and they was all very tasty and reasonably priced so that was a nice touch.The only slight draw backs I found was the TV seemed a bit outdated a better quality one would be nice to watch movies in bad...

"Great place to stay if you prefer a less corporate style hotel. Room ( Lady Amelia) was spotlessly clean with a v comfortable bed, large bathroom and balcony with a great view. Hosts are v friendly and v attentive. Great service- friendly and personal."
