Very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable. The hotel seemed busy but the room was very quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful. Really good value for money.

It was a long walk. some of it without overhead shelter, from the room to the lounge and dining area despite saying we had walking problems. However as they had no lift they did provide a ground floor bedroom.

Lovely hotel, The staff were Very friendly and welcoming.we decided to stay and extra night as we had arrived late due to bank holiday weekend traffic. We asked if we could have the same executive double room,which they organised for us.we were happy that we didn't have to change rooms. The room was a good size with a patio door with a table and chairs and a Partial screen for privacy.The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. We chose this hotel for it's location, as it's close to the city centre and not to far to surrounding beaches and Woodbury common.we would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. All the Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere we had a lovely evening celebrating our anniversary. The food and service was delicious.
