"First time staying in this hotel and was not disappointed room was clean and tidy breakfast was excellent along with the staff who were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble would not hesitate in staying again only problem was parking but overall had a most enjoyable 3days ."

"We had an en suite double room with kitchenette which was big and but very dated, booked room only so can’t comment on food. Room was clean and good value, use of pool and leisure facilities were included (unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it). Lovely garden, friendly helpful staff. Would stay again but probably upgrade to a sea view room next time. Great for short no frills stay."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times, and generally have had great experiences (I love the beachfront location, the convenience for the center of Exmouth, and the Premier Inn consistency). This visit was however disappointing - the hotel is undergoing major external renovations and is covered in scaffolding. No advance notice from Expedia or Premier Inn of this. Arrived at 2:45pm and asked if I could check in - was told that I could check in (15 mins early) for a large fee. Elected to wait in the lobby like everyone else. Discovered that the room was not clean - a strange green liquid on the bathroom sink not matching the soap from the dispenser. I suspect attention to detail in cleaning the rest of the room was probably equally lax."

"Lovely stay, room spacious and had lovely view of the sea. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would suggest is that the £13 for breakfast for the continental was a bit high especially for my dad as he only had a bowl of cereal, there was a good selection though. Maybe two separate prices as the full English was definitely worth the money."
