"Good room for the money. The pub below is great fun. Interesting locals and excellent bar staff. Probably not everybody's cup of tea but we loved it. Karaoke night is a blast."
"Very close to train station.
Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood.
We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints.
Would not hesitate to book again. "
"Die Lage im Industriegebiet und an der Autobahn war nicht so schön, dafür aber gut zu erreichen. Parken vor der Türe möglich, genug Parkplätze vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 Minuten Entfernung, die City in 12-15 Minuten "
"Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good.
The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay.
If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area.
Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation."
"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. We also noticed a live worm or parasite on the window sill, which was very off-putting.
The towels provided, which were left in a pile in the middle room, had an...
"No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach.
The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."

"Overnight stay for ferry, very convenient and a great overnight stay"
"Spacious room with tv and tea/coffee facilities. Plentiful supply of tea etc.
Bathroom also of a good size but shower was a bit lacklustre.
Ideally placed for visiting the Museum of the Royal Navy which includes HMS Victory and The Mary Rose. Also near the Gunwharf Quays area with shops, restaurants and the Spinaker Tower. "
"This was only a quick overnight stay, but the beds were fantastic - so comfortable! Room was clean, shower room was great and everything was convenient. Breakfast was good and check out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area."
"The staff were lovely, it was so easy to get to from the train station. The room was small but sufficient for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good value for money. It was clean and fresh and a nice choice of food. My sister’s and myself there was 6 of us all complemented the food and cleanliness. "
"Very convenient for places we wanted to visit. No need to use the car. Car parking charges were very reasonable.
There was a lack of information and signage regarding the location of the swimming pool which was eventually found in the attached gym."
"We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door.
We contacted the management company (Open Mind Properties), and they offered an alternative property. That second property turned out to be infested with bedbugs. We placed our 18-month-old niece to bed thinking it was clean, only to find bedbugs crawling on her face, on the walls, and in the bed. The property was filthy mould behind the bed, dust everywhere, broken furniture, rusted appliances, and a clear lack of any deep cleaning. It was a severe health hazard, especially with young children.
We called Expedia for help and were shocked by the lack of urgency. They asked for photos (which we provided), then dismissed the bedbug infestation as a “minor” issue and offered £60 compensation. They then referred us to FairBro (the host), who also said the same. No one took accountability. At midnight, with six children and a baby, we were left stranded and had no option but to make a dangerous 4.5-hour drive back home.
This experience was not just disappointing it was dangerous, traumatic, and unacceptable. Expedia did nothing"
