"Spent the weekend in Philly for a Metallica concert. This was convenient to the subway and Reading Terminal Market. Friendly staff. Little sketchy outside at night, but hotel can't help that. They had security at the door and needed to scan your room card to get inside. My wife and I felt safe once we got inside. Would stay again. "

"The property was in a great location …close to great restaurants and places of interest . The staff was helpful. The pool was nice and refreshing and quiet. The decor of the hotel was art deco . Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable…although areas of the halls and the bathroom wallpaper was torn and dirty ….needs some updating . They have a lil art bar on the first floor , but they only served coffee and small breakfast items …yogurt and bagels. I wish there was a full day restaurant on site but all there was ..was Ruthchris steakhouse which is pricey and opened later in the afternoon. Overall stay was pleasant. "

We parked our car on the first day and walked or hop on hop off bus. Very convenient place to stay. Only wish parking was a little cheaper. Highly recommend. "

"Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was fantastic. Great location, amazing facilities (including a rooftop pool), so many extras included and friendly and helpful staff. Could not recommend this hotel any more for a stay in Philly. Adding on the Executive Suite was definitely worth it for access to the lounge and drinks/snacks all day. Irish pub attached was decent too."

"My stay was great and I really appreciated the breakfast. My biggest complaint is that I needed to change after checking out and I had to use the public restroom which was dirty and felt really unclean. My water pressure in my shower was also low, the toilet ran a lot wand was caused by a faulty fill valve, and the shower head needed tightening. On the whole small complaints and the stay was great."
