"Horrible experience! The host never sent the check-in information, and we were left stranded outside. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the owner, we received no response. Thankfully, a nearby hotel had a room available, but they required a 3-night minimum stay, which doubled our accommodation budget.Please be careful when booking this property. Even after hours, the host offered an apology but continued to argue with us regarding the situation. A truly sad and frustrating experience."

"WONDERFUL - CONDO - LOCATION - HOSTS! We just spent a week at Driftwood Condos (second floor) and certainly hated to leave. First off, Lida and Eric were extremely helpful from my very first question about the property to suggestions for chefs, excursions, restaurants, just days before we arrived. "This was our first time to Exuma and we didn’t know what to expect. But as soon as we got to the Hideaways they went above and beyond to make us feel special and help to celebrate our 30th anniversary . The front desk guy Tevin Turtle was so sweet and he decorated our little villa with rose petals and a sign and fresh flowers! We were blown away by the thoughtful gesture! The bed was very comfortable and the one bedroom + liven area was plenty big enough for just my husband and I. The whole villa was very clean updated . Hideways is very centrally located and which makes it easy to get to restaurants and so many gorgeous beaches . We loved staying there.Its a very relaxing peaceful place. They provide alot of amenities. Coffee and Bath products . You are also allotted two beach towels. We did not get to eat at splash but we heard it was good. I already want to plan a return trip !"

"We rent properties a couple of times per year in the Exumas for about 8 years now and we haven't had a terrible experience yet. If we grade them all we would have to say the it was unanimous that this property is the cream of the crop. We rent small boats each time so we need a dock otherwise you'll have to return the boat and pick it up every day and that's not condusive to a fun and easy vacay. We purposely rent small skiffs so we can get to some treasure beaches that not many people have access to and they are BUCKET LIST beaches. This property is the closest to all our secret spots. Outstanding views, a beach in the back yard and a pool as well. The property has just about every large or small amenity you can think of. We lacked nothing. Angelique was a doll. I'm not a fan of giving nothing but 5 stars to a place because there's always a little hiccup here and there but not here. Bring your bikini and swim shorts. Nothing else is needed. Thanks to the staff/team for a spectacular vacation with my wife and kids. Very grateful!!!!!"

"The property and home were exactly as pictured and described. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, dock, kayaks and paddle boards, huge screened in porch, and beachfront for our family with 2 teenagers. Communication prior to our trip, as well as while we were there, was very attentive and helpful regarding the home, activities and restaurants on the island, making sure we’re were happy with our stay. They were even able to have the house stocked with all of our groceries and drinks the day of our arrival.If we are able to come back to vacation in beautiful Exuma (which I hope we do) we would absolutely stay at Jack’s Island House again!"

"This is our 2nd stay and we love SeaBreeze lodge. The view is amazing!!! This side of the island makes great use of the kayaks and paddleboards. You can kayak to a little island during high tide. You can walk out in the middle of the flats during low tide. You can get a float and enjoy the calm water. You can kayak right to a blue hole. The roads are a little rough to get to the house but rent an SUV and go slower and you will be completely fine. We had everything to cook meals and there is a grill for use as well. The pool is wonderful to have as well. The outside area is so relaxing. The host and Joanes are extremely responsive and helpful with whatever questions or needs arise. We love it here and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful week stay in Exuma."
