Vacation home for rent in Provence, near Alpilles
😃Due to the recent cancellation of the first half of Auguste, it is returned to rent with a 15 per cent discount.
Our holiday home is located 1.5 km from the charming village of Eyragues and 5 km from Saint Rémy de Provence. Easy access: 20 minutes from Avignon TGV station, 1 hour from Marseille airport. ☀️The access to the house is via a little-travelled road. Thanks to its privileged location, it is a great starting point for walks. Completely renovated, this old farmhouse offers a high level of comfort. A couple of caretakers live on site in a completely independent house at the entrance to the property. This couple is responsible for the upkeep of the swimming pool, garden and house (cleaning and cooking are also possible as an extra). A little away from the house, the swimming pool is protected by a wooden fence. An 18th-century dovecote faces it, giving this property absolute charm. The pool is equipped with 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols. There is a swing set for children and a table tennis table. ☀️La Maison is set in the heart of a large garden planted with old trees, including a hundred-year-old plane tree in front of the house. At the end of the garden is a field of olive trees in production. Lots of peace and quiet. 2 levels of 200m² each: Upstairs: 6 bedrooms, including 5 doubles with 160 cm beds: 1 large master suite - 160cm bed - with dressing room, bathroom and WC. 1 suite - bed 160 - with bathroom and WC 1 suite - bed 160 - with bathroom. 1 large bedroom - 160cm bed (convertible into twin beds) with en-suite shower room. 1 bedroom - 160cm bed - with en-suite bath/shower room. 1 small children's bedroom with twin beds. Large corridor, office area and WC Garden level: a large living room with open-plan kitchen/dining/laundry room on 3 sides, 1 small and 1 large south-facing lounge, 1 TV room. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets (although there are few insects...). On the kitchen side, there is a patio with plants and a dining table for 12 people, a barbecue and a plancha. The front of the house is equipped with seating under the large and old plane tree and another large dining table. Housework at the end of the season is extra: 250 euros and a deposit of 3000 euros is required. For low-season rentals, heating is extra. The garden is enclosed by an automatic gate. The house is equipped with shutters and an alarm. The charming village of Eyragues offers bars, restaurants, food shops, a pharmacy and a market every Friday morning. Nearby supermarkets, greengrocers direct producers, On-site sale of our organic olive oil. 😎 Minimum weekly rental . 80 euros/week for a little dog.

Beautiful property with a fantastic park. The house is fully equipped and all rooms are confortable and very quiet. We relaxed a lot and cooked good dinners in the spacious kitchen and had aperitives under a big centuries-old plane tree.
An art and food lover's dream location! What a gorgeous home, garden and pool. The kitchen was beautifully appointed which was perfect for a family of serious cooks. We luxuriated with coffee in hand each morning in the back garden under the plane tree. Each dinner was enjoyed in either the courtyard or under the plane tree. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bath/shower options. We absolutely loved this place and recommend it highly.
