"Digital Hotel check in was inept. It took 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to get into my room. Insufficient crockery and cutlery, shower rose must have been made 30 years ago and did not work."

"No plates, bowls, knives, forks or fresh milk. I can understand why motels no longer provide a toaster due to smoke detectors. But a plate, bowl and a knife and fork are very basic items. Most places supply a small fresh milk as well. The pillow and mattress were also below average "

"Room was beautiful and clean, facilities were modern and everything worked. Really appreciated the wide car parks to get everything out of the car when we arrived and enjoyed a cheeky sweet treat left for us in the freezer by the owners - such a lovely touch!"
