Free WiFi advertised does not mean WiFi in your unit. WiFi is available sitting in or in front of the Office or the Recreation room. Ironically, my phone showed the free wifi for the caravan park across the road. Make sure you have adequate internet data of your own if staying at Modra's apartments. Other than this, the apartments themselves were very good and totally equipped for a lengthy stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. Well equipped and located within a short walk to facilities, beach and cycling/walking paths. Very clean unit and common bbq facilities. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Spacious and good value for money

Lovely spacious room (2 single, 1 queen room). Recently renovated and new decor is nice. 30 second walk to beach. Only constructive feedback is that the grounds are so nice and large that it would be nice to have a pool on-site.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and newly renovated with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was original but newly painted and clean. The bed was comfortable. The unit was very spacious. I had no problems with the accommodation.

Overall experience was nice, property owner communicated quite well, house was also clean and tidy and location was near to Tumby Bay beach. But we have noticed bad wifi data connection which created some issues for us. Thanks to Property Owner for warm welcome with Christmas goodies :-)
