"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. "The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage.
