"Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. There are also trams that run throughout the city, but we never took one. Overall, great hotel at a great price!"

"At first when we arrived, from the outside I felt a bit received as it looked very different to the pictures. Once we got inside, to reception and room, we were amazed and so in love with all the small extra things they had added to either decorate the place or to make it more eco-friendly. Room was spacious with plenty of natural light, very big for it's size, super comfy bed, nice bathroom, french press as coffee and there was a kitchen on the outside where you can get free drinks (cola or lemonade), fortune cookie, sweets and fruits. Really like the bohemian, light colour, modern vibes to the rooms. I may even return to Borderaux to just stay here again"

"I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. Tickets are currently 1,80 € and can be purchased from a dispensing machine at each stops. The walking distance to the airport is 1,6 km or 1 mile. Cons- I couldn't figure out how to use the A/C, I even found a Youtube video - no luck. Same thing with the heated towel bar, the digital pad had a lock on it. The mini fridge dial was set to 1, so the freezer section unthawed and the veggie drawer was full of water. There was also some black mold on the glass shelf. I took care of it myself and cleaned the fridge before using it. There is a trim missing on the bottom of the tub that is a bit of an eyesore. The trim and the fridge were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. Not the best impression. Apart from that the room was nice. The hallway and door leading to the room is a bit institutionalized, really not the best impression. The hotel from outside looks great."
