Ideal for recharging

Gascon restored farmhouse situated in the hills near a grove gerçoises composed of ancient oaks. The vegetation around the house is Mediterranean
The house includes a kitchen, a living room, two toilets, two bathrooms en suite with two bedrooms. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, TV etc ...
Outside, there are two terraces overlooking a vegetable garden which is covered. Possibility to use the outdoor barbecue.

The temperature inside the house is ideal in summer because the walls are stone.
The activities are many and varied. A leisure center for swimming is located 6 km from the house, many marked hiking trails earth can be borrowed.
In July, the festival Tempo Latino in Vic Fezensac, in August Jazz in Marciac and the many village festivals will satisfy tourists.
One can also visit the many villages (castelnaus or houses) where gastronomy is always waiting for you.

Gîte très agréable, au calme, avec le confort nécessaire Un aspirateur à l'étage serait néanmoins nécessaire, car il est difficile de monter un aspirateur de chantier pour des personnes d'un certain âge.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en esta casa, una tranquilidad total, todo cumple lo especificado en el anuncio, un ambiente super fresco en el interior. El paisaje de la zona espectacular. El propietario Philippe, una persona encantadora y servicial, da gusto encontrarse con personas así. una experiencia inolvidable, lo pasamos muy bien.

On s’y trouve bien

Étonnement d’abord d’être en haut d’une colline et de ne pas en avoir la vue. Néanmoins le gite est très bien aménagé, pratique et déjeuner dehors à l’abri du soleil et du vent : un plus. Accueil sympathique.

Una estancia en plena soledad sin nadie a 6 kms del lugar

Aceptable no se ha dicho lo aislado que estaba los Pirineos,como me decía,no se veían.En un lugar como este tienes que ir en grupo encima la TV no funcionaba menos mal que alguien de otro pueblo vino a arreglarla.No volvería más.Pade cuatro no he's y pagué 5 no me devolvió una noche el dueño tenía cita hospital un día antes y tenía que adelantar mi salida .Decepcionante y el dueño ni se digno llamarme,era su hermana la que nos dio las llaves esperándola un cuarto de hora .Fue una pena.

La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et les abords sont superbes. Faites quelques pas et vous apercevez les Pyrénées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et un super réveillon ! Merci à Philippe pour son accueil chaleureux et souriant.

Gite très agréable et fidèle à la description. Idéal pour 2 couples avec les espaces sanitaires séparés. Nous avons séjourné en hiver mais l'organisation de la terrasse et de la parcelle de terrain est très prometteuse pour les périodes estivales.

Excellent séjour au calme

La propriété de Philippe est idéalement placée pour un séjour reposant. Les terrasses et le jardin, sans vis-à-vis hormis les oiseaux qui viennent profiter du plan d'eau en contrebas sont très agréables. La maison allie le charme traditionnel de la pierre à un mobilier et des équipements modernes. Même s'il était en vacances durant notre séjour, Philippe s'est montré attentionné et disponible.
