"This villa is in a great location, with easy access by train or car to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The villa had everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday which we did. It is one of the few Villas we have stayed that we would like to come back to. The directions we're very good making it easy to find. Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends."

"The views from Paladini are beautiful beyond what the pictures show, but the people are even better. We spent nights sitting on benches at the fire, but on days we felt less social were given perfect privacy in the cottage. "We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year."

These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too...
