"Aside from the convenient transportation, I really can’t think of any other redeeming qualities."

"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. "Highly recommend this hotel !"

"Clean rooms and staff was great!"

"The rooms didn’t even have any closet space not even a drawer"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Friendly Staff. Quick check in. Decent free breakfeast although range was limited however saves you a small fortune in NYC. Rooms clean and well maintained. Very quite cant here any noise from hotel or times square. Roof top bar we would have liked to visit however found out on site no children. We avoided the lift from 8am and all was fine, heard its a nightmare at peak times. Go for breakfeast early and straight out. Great location would recommend."
