"The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything in the room was clean and good. The lobby got a little gross at times, but the breakfast crowd was very hard on it. Maybe they have a staff shortage? Seemed like the front desk person was struggling to keep the lobby clean. Other than that, all good."

"Right off the bat, they’re locked 24/7 so I had to communicate with the front desk through an intercom. The lady didn’t even greet us and she was very rude and was being very short with me and I was barely checking in… Also, I fell for the pictures on their page… This hotel was nothing like that. My room was very small, the shower looked like a jail shower, and our room heater kept failing in the middle of the night. I would have to reset it everytime. There’s no fan in the bathroom so it gets very humid with the slightest warm shower. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the pillows were very thin. I would wake up with neck/back pains every morning. They told us that they clean the rooms every other day but my room was never cleaned the whole week I stayed there. I had to keep asking for fresh towels and would have to throw my own trash out. There’s no gym and no complimentary breakfast. They have poor washer and dryers that you have to buy expensive coins for. Spend a little more money and stay at the Hilton or a better hotel."
