Cute, cozy space

Centrally located, a responsive host, and an artfully decorated place. Right sized for one or two people.

Very clean

The room was clean when we arrived. The stay was very nice overall, however sleeping with my head right next to entry door was hard to get used to.

No frills but definitely comfortable

Gaining entrance to the studio was a little confusing but it was certainly functional, clean, comfortable bedding great shower. Was only given two towels for two adults so had to ask. Was surprised

Great host and location

The apartment was small, but really well appointed. The location was great to walk to downtown for meals out and coffee. Check-in was very clear, and communication with the host could not have been better. We reached out for a couple of things and Jenni was very responsive. We have nothing bad to say, please don't be mislead by the comment that the space is small, maybe it is better to say cozy. Great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and great communication with the host. And several in-house coffee options - Jenni seems focused on welcoming all things coffee, having several different coffee making options available. We are always down for a cup, and appreciated this detail.

Art's Visit to fairbanks

The property is well kept, and close to the river walk and downtown. It was a pleasure to work with the owner, who was able to give me the support I needed. Thanks

Good stay

Quiet, clean, and in a good spot. A little hot but I didn’t ask how to adjust the heat in the room. Cracked the window and was fine

While I reserved one apartment almost a year before, the host said they were remodeling that apartment and asked me to choose another. However, when we arrived, someone else was living in the apartment we had originally booked. While I chose another, it was down five steps. It was small but colorful. While the main surfaces looked like they had been cleaned, there was dust on the top of the towel bars and on the lights. There were dishes put away dirty (there is no dishwasher). The heating seemed to be constantly on, even when we turned it off. We would come back to a room that was 75 degrees in May! Good thing the outside temps were cool, so we could open the windows. No place to put suitcases, other than the bed.
