PawPaw's Pool House

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. With over 5500 sq feet of indoor living space, a full spa, sauna, and private pool, Paw Paw's Poolhouse is a much-needed oasis in the northern state only a 10 minutes from DT FBX.

Enjoy cooking dinner outside on the two grills provided; serve it on our outdoor dining set meant for 12. Hang out inside and start on a board game on your couch. Enjoy the history of Alaska on the interior with locally sourced art and mixed media.

You'll find plenty of room to relax in this spacious, tastefully remodeled home.

Heading upstairs from the entryway you're greeted with a massive open living room and dining room with large panoramic windows. Connecting to the large open kitchen, it's a great hangout spot for everyone to congregate.

Two bedrooms adorn the upstairs, the master containing a king and a full bed, with its own en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also boasts a full bed, with another full bathroom on this floor.

Downstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms; one with a king and a full en-suite bathroom, the other with a bunk bed. Laundry is also available on this floor, as well as a spacious game room with comfortable seating and a bar area.

You'll also find the entry to the pool room downstairs with a full size swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and another full bathroom.

Exiting from this level leads to a lower covered patio area as well as a firepit in the yard. Upstairs there's another deck off of the master bedroom perfect for sunbathing in the summer and sky views during the darker months to catch a glimpse of the northern lights.
